<p>PURPOSE: A contactless touch panel using nanowire is provided to be manufactured to a large size and operated as contactless. CONSTITUTION: Multiple second transparent electrodes(120) meet at right angle in multiple nanowires in multiple first transparent electrodes. The multiple second transparent electrodes have strip shape. The second transparent substrate is arranged on the second transparent electrode. An ultrasonic generator(130) applies the pulse voltage to nanowires. It is bumped against into object approaching to nanowires and the ultrasonic echo sensor senses the ultrasonic wave coming back to nanowires.</p>
