PURPOSE: A mobile communication terminal, an official authentication center server, and a mobile career civil appeal method using the same are provided to process a career civil appeal in real time by receiving the request for the civil appeal from a member while the member moves. CONSTITUTION: A database(40) stores member authentication information and career civil appeal menu information, and a processor(30) judges the kind of career civil appeals based on the selection of the civil appeal menu information when member is authenticated based on member authentication information of the DB. The processor creates the career civil appeal acceptance information by processing the career civil appeal procedure according to the judgment result.
