PURPOSE: A method for producing fermented beverage using Oxalis corniculata and Cirsium setidens is provided to preserve taste and flavor of the Cirsium setidens and Oxalis corniculata and produce beverage having high nutrition and high efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing fermented beverage using Oxalis corniculata and Cirsium setidens comprises: a step of cutting Oxalis corniculata and drying; a step of cutting and drying Cirsium setidens; a step of boiling Oxalis corniculata, Cirsium setidens and Licorice root in water; a step of mixing the boiled water with malt, fermenting and filtering; a step of adding hard boiled rice to the filtered liquid and fermenting to produce sweet rice drink; and a step of fermenting adding 70-120 fructo-oligosaccharide at 7 to 15°C for 3 to 12 months.
