CONSTITUTION: A method for producing sweet pumpkin containing red ginseng comprises: a step of mixing 1kg of flour, 100g of green tea, 250g of sugar, 200g of margarine, and 15g of salt in water containing 350g of milk, 30g of powder, 5 eggs to obtain bread skins; a step of mixing 500g of sweet pumpkin, 15-20g of red ginseng powder, 200g of pear, 40g of sugar, and 150g of starch syrup to prepare bread filling; a step of adding bread filling inside the bread skin and sealing the bread skin; and a step of baking the bread pan in a oven.
