摘要 PURPOSE: An rheo-forming apparatus of aluminum alloy by an ultrasonic vibration ladle and a rheo-forming method are provided to improve the property of molded product by mixing the melting material within a vibration ladle. CONSTITUTION: An rheo-forming apparatus of aluminum alloy by an ultrasonic vibration ladle comprises a base(10), a supporter(20), a ladle shaft(30), a vibration ladle(40), an ultrasonic oscillator(50), an ultrasonic vibration generator(60), a heating part(70), a ladle rotating part(80) and a controller(90). A first rotary shaft(21) and a second rotary shaft(22) are included in the both side of the supporter. The supporter is mounted on the both side corresponding to the base and around the first rotary shaft and the second rotary shaft. The ladle shaft is combined in the supporter. The vibration ladle is mounted on top of the ladle shaft and vibrates the ladle with ultra-sonic waves when the melting material is putting into. The ultrasonic oscillator is connected to the vibration ladle and mixes the melting material putting into in the vibration ladle with vibration. The ultrasonic vibration generator is connected to the ultrasonic oscillator. The heating part heats the vibration ladle so that the material putting into inside the vibration ladle is maintained at a semi-solid-forming state. The ladle rotating part rotates the supporter and inputs the material of the vibration ladle into the mold. The controller controls the ultrasonic vibration generator, the heating part and a ladle rotating part.
