PURPOSE: An air collecting type photovoltaic apparatus is provided to produce much energy per unit area by using the collected heat as the heating source of hot water or heating after collecting the radiated heat. CONSTITUTION: An air collecting type photovoltaic apparatus comprises a photovoltaic module(10), an outer frame(30), a thermal conductive adhesive, a radiating plate(50), plural heat radiation fins(60), and an air collector. The outer frame is attached outside the rear side of the photovoltaic module and separates a roof or an outer wall of a building from the photovoltaic module. The thermal conductive adhesive is coated on the rear side of the photovoltaic module. The radiating plate is attached to the photovoltaic module by the thermal conductive adhesive, and radiates the heat generated by the photovoltaic module with the air of a housing space. The plural heat radiation fins are attached to the rear side of the radiating plate. The air collector is formed in the housing space to be used for hot water or heating and collects the heated air.
