PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display apparatus and method of manufacturing thereof are provided to improve the image quality characteristic. CONSTITUTION: The insulating layer(110) comprises the via hole and the groove to cover the thin film transistor. The first electrode(131) is arranged on the insulating layer and is electrically connected through the via hole to the thin film transistor. The pixel defined layer(120) comprises the opening which is arranged on the first electrode and groove, and exposes the first electrode. The intermediate layer comprises the organic light-emitting layer electrically connected through opening to the first electrode. The second electrode is formed on the intermediate layer.
