PURPOSE: A mobile coupon transaction system and a method thereof for giving a present through a mobile coupon are provided to present a product to a receiving customer in a mobile coupon type through communication network. CONSTITUTION: A sales member shop server(110) sells an object product in a form of a mobile coupon. A mobile coupon providing server(120) generates the mobile coupon. The mobile coupon is offered to a receiving customer's mobile terminal(130) of the reception client. A product member shop server(140) exchanges for the mobile coupon by the object product.
