PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for preventing the dazzling phenomenon caused by digital manner are provided to prevent the malfunction caused by dusts and moistures. CONSTITUTION: A touch sensor input device(41) inputs light shielding degree and a grind value into a control device(50) through a direction selection operation of a user, and an encoder switch input device(42) inputs the sensitivity and a delay open value into the control device through the adjustment and operation of the user. A current time display device(45) displays the current time on the front plane of the apparatus for preventing the dazzling phenomenon caused by digital manner. A working time display device(46) displays the daily working time and an accumulated working time, and a temperature and humidity display device(47) displays the temperature and humidity of a current working place. |
