<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member construction method capable of simply constructing reinforcing bars. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An excavator 39 is installed on a wall surface 37a of a vertical shaft 33, the wall surface 37a is excavated by pressing the excavator 39, an internal mould 45 is connected to an end part 47 of the excavator 39 by stopping the press when the excavation is advanced by a specific distance. And then, a basket body 1b is hang down in a reduced state and is elongated so as to cover the surrounding of the internal mould 45, a lower half part of external mould 53a and an upper half of external mould 53b are arranged so as to cover the surrounding of the basket body 1b, and a caisson 59 is constructed by filling concrete among the lower half of the external mould 53a, the upper half of the external mould 53b and the internal mould 45.
