<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost, to equalize the distribution of a cooling medium among a plurality of tubes, and to reduce a pressure loss. Ž<P>SOLUTION: First and second evaporators 15 and 18 comprise heat exchanger cores 15a, 18a having a plurality of tubes 21 arrayed in a direction crossing an airflow direction, distribution tanks 28, 30 for distributing cooling-medium flows among the plurality of tubes 21, and collection tanks 27, 31 for collecting the cooling-medium flows from the plurality of tubes 21, respectively. The distribution tank 32 of the first evaporator 15 and the collection tank 28 of the second evaporator 18 are juxtaposed in the airflow direction. A plurality of ejectors 14 are oriented to the airflow direction and juxtaposed in the array direction of the plurality of tubes 21. Refrigerant inlets 14b are opened in the collection tank 28 of the second evaporator 18, and outlets of diffuser portions 14d are opened in the distribution tank 32 of the first evaporator 15.
