<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug dispenser capable of automatically delivering and counting. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The drug dispenser 10 is provided with multiple cassettes 30 storing drugs in an aligned state, a support mechanism 12 drawably or detachably retaining them, an energizing mechanisms 24, 25 energizing the drugs stored in the cassettes 30 toward a drug outlet, a counting means 22 finding the number of the drugs stored in the cassettes 30, and a delivery and carrying mechanism 13 taking out the stored drugs from the drug outlet of the cassettes 30 and carrying them to prescribed positions 14. The counting means and the energizing mechanism are mounted on the support mechanism to make the counting means 22 and the energizing mechanism detachable or movable together with the support mechanism.
