PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply and inexpensively detecting a single nucleotide polymorphism of NAT2 gene in a short time, a nucleic acid primer used for the detection and a probe for detection.

SOLUTION: The nucleic acid prime set for LAMP amplification detects a genotype in a single nucleotide polymorphism T341C of human NAT2 gene. The nucleic acid primer set comprises an FIP primer selected from a plurality of primer sets composed of specific sequences, a BIP primer, a F3 primer and a B3 primer.
