<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery device for detecting with more accuracy a temperature of power generation element while controlling a load added to the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The battery device includes a power generation element 11 performing charge and discharge, a sensor unit 30 acquiring information on temperature of the power generation element 11, and a battery case 10 accommodating the power generation element 11 and the sensor unit 30. The sensor unit 30 includes a flexible substrate 31 arranged along with the power generation element 11, a thermistor element 32 formed on the flexible substrate 31, and a signal line 33 formed on the flexible substrate 31 and outputs information detected by the thermistor element 32 outside. The signal line 33 includes a connection portion 33B formed on a part of the flexible substrate 31 where a thickness in a direction of board thickness of the flexible substrate is made partially thinner, and the thermistor elements 32 is connected to the connection portion 33B.
