PURPOSE: A method for polishing rice by milling is provided to supply customers the rice with the improved tasty and color without nutrient breaking. CONSTITUTION: A method for polishing rice by milling comprises: a step of measuring the amount of the rice and dying the rice to have moisture 15- 17%; a step of selecting the rice grant 20~30 hours before vacuum packaging; a step of dividing unpolished rice; a step of grinding the selected unpolished rice; and a step of vacuum packing after sorting polished rice only.
