<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam processing machine and a tool for a workpiece with frame, capable of reducing time required in the preparation for the processing of a workpiece with frame and a sheet metal. <P>SOLUTION: A laser beam processing machine 100 is provided with a holding tool 4, a stretching tool 5 and a tool 10 for the workpiece with frame, which are fitted to rails 40 on a levelly moving XY stage 2 such that the tool 10 for the workpiece with frame is fitted at the position between those of holding tools 4 and stretching tools 5. Therefore, the tool 10 for the workpiece with frame can be fitted to the rail 40 while the holding tool 4 and the stretching tool 5 are kept fitted to the rail 40. Further, a sheet metal K1 can be sandwiched by the holding tool 4 and the stretching tool 5 only by removing the tool 10 for the workpiece with frame from the rail 40.
