<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging circuit which can control a temperature rise on the surface of the housing of an electronic apparatus when a secondary battery built in the electronic apparatus is charged. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A charging circuit comprises a plurality of separately arranged transistors 1 and 2 which connect the output sides with a secondary battery and supply currents to the secondary battery as a charging current, a current supply section 3 which supplies currents to the plurality of transistors 1 and 2, a temperature detection element 4 provided near at least the transistor 2 of the plurality of transistors 1 and 2 and measuring the temperature, and a charge control section 5 which equalizes the output currents from the plurality of transistors 1 and 2 when the temperature measured by the temperature detection element 4 goes below a predetermined value, and reduces the output current from the transistor 2 provided near the temperature detection element 4 below the output current from the other transistor 1 when the temperature measured by the temperature detection element 4 goes above the predetermined value.
