PURPOSE: A method for processing wastewater/livestock waste with a sequencing batch mode and an apparatus thereof are provided to enhance precipitation performance and processing efficiency of various materials with a microbial carrier in an SBR process. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for processing wastewater/livestock waste with a sequencing batch mode includes the following: a flow adjusting bath(20) with a mixer(21); an SBR reaction bath(30) receiving inflow water transferred by a supply pump(22); a water reservoir(40) receiving the processed inflow water; a disinfecting bath(60) receiving the processed water; a carrier separator(80) receiving residual sludge; and a sludge concentration dehydration device(90) receiving the separated sludge. THE residual sludge includes floating microorganisms and the microbial carriers(100).
