<p>The upper and lower plates of each link in the chain have circular openings into which a tubular insert is fitted, the internal diameter of which allows play with the external diameter of each test tube or the separate glass container in which the sample container is placed. Each insert is sufficiently highto ensure stability of the sample container placed in it and may in addition have a conically tapered lower end to prevent tilting.</p> |
