PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film-coated tablet without getting cracks on the tablet even under a high humidity, capable of reducing uncomfortable smell and taste, and also stable with time. SOLUTION: The film-coated tablet is provided by containing fursultiamine hydrochloride, sodium chondroitin sulfate and vitamin B<SB>12</SB>'s in a base tablet, and coated with a film layer blended with≥8% (w/w) hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and talc based on the weight of the base tablet.
