PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition having excellent laser marking, electric properties, moldability and reliability by making the composition contain an epoxy resin (A), a hardening agent (B), a hardening accelerator (C), a phthalocyanine-based compound (D) and an inorganic filler (E) as essential components. SOLUTION: The component A preferably has melt viscosity at 150 deg.C of not more than 0.5 poise so that a filler can be highly filled in. The component B is preferably a phenol-aralkyl resin and its amount is 0.5 to 1.5 equivalents per 1 equivalent of a phenolic hydroxy group of a novolak resin. The component C is, for example, 1,8-diazabicyclo(5,4,0)undecene-7 or 1,5-diazabicyclo(4,3,0) nonene, its amount being 0.1 to 8 wt.% of the components (A+B). The component D preferably has V or VO as a central metal and its use amount is 0.05 to 15 wt.%. The component E is melt silica or the like. |
