FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: device additionally contains two metal bushes, in each of which inner opening is implemented with ability of movable junction with outer surface of capillary pipeline. Middle part of adapter is implemented in the form of hexagon for spanner. Inner opening of adapter is implemented of diametre equal to diametre of openings of pipelines, and ends of adapter by outer surface are implemented with trapezoidal thread. Inner diametre of external thread is equal to 1.41.5 of opening diametre of pipeline, and external diametre of external thread is equal to 1.81.9 of pipeline opening diametre. Thread at ends of adapter is implemented at section for length equal to 710 of inner diametres of pipelines in opposite directions with lead-in chamfer section. It is described method of installation of connection of two capillary pipelines and tool for preparation of pipelines for connection. ^ EFFECT: reliability growth of connection and keeping of open flow area of pipelines in area of connection. ^ 4 cl, 3 dwg |
