PURPOSE: A crude oil extraction device of oil sand is provided to prevent environmental contamination, and improve yield efficiency by extracting the crude oil. CONSTITUTION: A crude oil extraction device of oil sand(1) comprises a burner(20), mixing tanks(30), an oil collecting device(40), and a carrier gas supply device(10). Fuel composed of oil or gas is supplied to the burner, and the burner creates a heating source. The mixing tanks connected with the burner so that the heating source is supplied create steam of the high temperature with the oil by fluidifying the oil sand. The heated steam is supplied to the oil collecting device, and the oil collecting device stores the oil to an oil tank(50) by collecting the oil. The carrier gas supply device supplies carrier gas to a carrier gas circulating line. The carrier gas circulating line circulates the burner, the mixing tanks, and the oil collecting device.
