PURPOSE: A timing controller, calum driver and display device having the same are provided d to minimize skew between data signal at the column driver and the clock signal. CONSTITUTION: The display panel(100) indicates image. The timing controller(500) outputs data signal, and the clock signal and synchronization signal. The column driver(700) supplies the image data voltage to the display panel through 'the data signal received from the timing controller. The data signal transmission line transmits data signal between the timing controller and column driver.
