PURPOSE: A method for obtaining corn stalk rinds by removing corn cobs and an apparatus thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing costs of the corn cobs with a simple process by removing environmentally friendly the corn cobs. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for obtaining corn stalk rinds by removing corn cobs comprises the following: a slot putting corn stalk respectively; a cutting blade(30) exposing the corn cobs by cutting the corn stalk in a longitudinal direction; a surface-oriented laying down unit(32) arranging the corn stalk by the cutting blade; a spreading unit(40) compressing and spreading the cut corn stalk; a surface-oriented planning unit(50) raking the corn stalk; and a plane(56) located on inside the corn cobs.
