APPARATUS OF COATING A MATERIAL ON A SUBSTRATE

PURPOSE: A substrate printing device is provided to apply uniform floating force to the substrate by installing an air inlet for inhaling the air and an air outlet for discharging the air. CONSTITUTION: A substrate is loaded on a loading unit(10). A print unit(20) receives the substrate from the loading unit. The print unit prints the preset layer on the substrate. An unloading unit(30) unloads the substrate from the print unit. A transfer unit(40) transfers the substrate. The print unit includes a first floating unit for floating a substrate to print the preset layer in the floating state of the substrate. The print unit includes a print nozzle discharging the material on the substrate. The print nozzle discharges the material in a fixed state. The substrate is continuously transferred to the unloading unit by passing through the print unit and the loading unit by the transfer unit.
