PURPOSE: A substrate plate for adhering seaweed is provided, which can make colony of seaweed in a short time by fixing a seed rope. CONSTITUTION: A substrate plate for adhering seaweed comprises a body(310); a protrusion(330) formed in the top surface of the body; and a seed rope fixing plate(320) which is connected to the edge that the top and side of the body meet and in which a seed fixing groove(321) is formed in the surface. The protrusion is formed into the mushroom type on the whole. In the center of the body, a joint hole(340) passing through the body is additionally formed.
