PURPOSE: A system and a method for monitoring the aged living alone are provided to confirm a monitoring state with a web service by monitoring the condition of the aged living alone at a remote place in real time. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of sensors(110) sense an incoming and outgoing state, a health condition, an active state, and a peripheral environment state. An indoor monitor control device(100) receives the sensor signals from the sensor and compares the received sensor signal with the upper limit and the lower limit. The indoor monitor control device transmits outing, sleeping, health condition deterioration estimation analysis information, and the periodic monitor information to a remote place through a communication network. A control center service device(200) determines the outing, sleeping, health condition deterioration estimation, and an environment state. The control center service apparatus provides the statistics about the monitoring information about the object and the management information through a web service. The control center service device generates an emergency call and an emergency announcement corresponding to the event according to the analysis.
