<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a performance value calculation device for calculating, with high precision, a performance value showing performance by which an information processor executes processing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The performance value calculation device includes a selection means 32, a first performance value calculation means 33a, and a second performance value calculation means 33b. The first calculation means 33a calculates a first performance value on the basis of first partial processing execution time tcpu in which a first processor executes first partial processing included in required processing, and second partial processing execution time tdisk in which a second processor executes second partial processing included in the required processing. The second calculation means 33b calculates a second performance value on the basis of the first execution time tcpu and a preset upper limit executable time ratio α<SB>1</SB>. The selection means 32 selects either the first performance value or the second performance value as the performance value on the basis of the time ratio α<SB>1</SB>, the first execution time tcpu, and the second execution time tdisk.
