<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch transfer medium which enables easy transferring of a patch to a fibrous material and shows the excellent durability, especially, tenacity of the top surface after transfer and also, excellent mar resistance to a sharp object, as well as a method of manufacturing the patch transfer medium and a patch transfer fibrous material. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing the patch transfer medium comprises (1) the process of preparing a transfer material 10 made up of a transparent base 11, a hologram layer 15 and a reflective layer 17, (2) the process of preparing a support 30 made up of a supporting base 31 and a releasable resin layer 33, (3) the protective layer formation process of forming a protective layer 14 containing a crosslinked polyester resin which is obtained by crosslinking a saturated copolymer polyester resin by an isocyanate compound and a filler, on the releasable resin layer 33 surface of the support 30, (4) the lamination process of integrating a protective layer 14 surface and a transparent base 11 surface into a laminate 50, (5) the adhesion layer formation process of forming an adhesion layer 19 consisting of a hot melt on a reflective layer 17 surface of the laminate 50, and (6) the half-cutting process of half-cutting a transfer part 23 as a patch 21.
