METHOD FOR OPTIMIZING STATION DATA IN MOBILE COMMUNICATION NETWORK, DEVICE, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a convergence state due to a sudden or temporary main cause.

SOLUTION: A computer is allowed to perform: processing to obtain actual result information indicating the actual result of an operation state in a mobile communication network; processing to obtain setting data being the station data which is set to each node in the mobile communication network; processing to extract a node/channel where the increase of a traffic amount is predicted and a node/channel where there is room for the traffic amount, based on the actual result information and the setting data; processing to generate the station data which is optimized by reflecting the change of the traffic amount to the extracted node; and processing to transfer the generated station data in order to perform updating in each node.
