PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power slide device for a vehicle seat including a screw rod freely rotatably supported by one of an upper rail and a lower rail, a screw rod freely rotatably supported between a gear box fixed to one end part of one of the upper rail and the lower rail, and a bearing member fixed to the other end, and for being driven so as to rotate via the gear box, and a nut member screwed with this screw rod and fixed to the other one of the upper rail and lower rail, to prevent generation of noise due to eccentric rotation of the screw rod or screw-engagement with a feed screw. SOLUTION: The bearing member is formed with a fixing part fixed to a screw rod supporting rail, a cylindrical part for freely rotatably receiving an end part of the screw rod, and an eccentricity absorbing leg part that connects the fixing part and the cylindrical part and is easily elastically deformed by the fixing part and the cylindrical part.
