<p>A fluid dynamic pressure bearing device, wherein the strength of resistance of a lid member against dislocation thereof is enhanced without an increase in the size of the device and a reduction in bearing performance of the device. A fluid dynamic pressure bearing device (1) is provided with a shaft member (2), a bearing sleeve (8) for forming a radial bearing gap between the bearing sleeve and the outer peripheral surface of the bearing member (2), a housing (9) for containing the bearing sleeve (8) and having opposite ends open, and a lid member (10) for closing an opening on one end side of the housing (9) and forming thrust bearing sections (T1, T2). The housing (9) is an injection-molded product which is insert-molded with the bearing sleeve (8). A seal section (9b) for forming a seal space (S) is integrally formed on the other end side of the housing (9). The lid member (10) is loosely fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the housing (9), and the lid member (10) and the housing (9) are bonded and fixed to each other.</p> |
