LIGHT EMITTING ELEMENT LAMP, AND LUMINAIRE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting element lamp utilizing a heat conductive substrate mounting part and a cover for effectively suppressing the temperature rise of a substrate mounted with a light emitting element, and to provide a luminaire.

SOLUTION: The light emitting element lamp 1 includes the heat conductive substrate mounting part 2c and a substrate 9 mounted with the light emitting element having a screw through-hole, a light source part 3 having the substrate 9 mounted with the light emitting element and thermally joined to the flat surface of the substrate mounting part 2c, and the approximately cylindrical and heat conductive cover having an annular connection part 2d to be thermally joined to the face on the reverse side of the flat surface of the substrate mounting part 2c and a screw hole formed at an opposite position to the screw through-hole of the substrate mounting part 2. A screw is threaded via the screw through-hole of the substrate mounting part 2c into the screw hole of the cover 2 to thrust and fix the substrate mounting part 2c to a case at the side of the annular connection part, resulting in improved heat radiating effects.
