<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent intrusion of a foreign matter into an inside of a bearing supporting a rotor, and to prevent useless power loss in the rotor. <P>SOLUTION: In the rotor supporting structure in the vehicle, an oil seal 32 is provided with outer and inner rings 33 and 34, and a seal body 35 attached to the one ring 33 and having a plurality of elastic lip parts 44-46 protruded to the outer ring 34. The lip parts 44 and 45 are pressure contacted to the other ring 34, and a gap 48 is provided between the other lip part 46 and the other ring 34. A protruding piece 41 is formed on an end of the other ring 34 so that an end of the other ring 34 in one direction A is protruded to the one ring 33. A space between the one ring 33 and a protruding end of the protruding piece 41 is an oil seal opening 51. A part of a snap ring 27 in the peripheral direction is extended, and an extended piece 50 is formed.
