<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device capable of coping with capacitors of different diameters and easily fixing the capacitor to a printed circuit board without using soldering or adhesives when bending a lead, lowering a component height and mounting and fixing the capacitor on the printed circuit board, relating to the fixing device of an electrolytic capacitor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fixing device of the electrolytic capacitor includes: an attaching hole which is opened on the printed circuit board, and for which a pair of locking pawls facing each other is formed at a peripheral edge section; a circular insertion hole for inserting the capacitor for which the lead is bent and the component height is lowered; and an elastic strip-like plate material where a locking hole to be locked to the respective locking pawls is formed. For the plate material, the locking pawl and the locking hole are elastically locked, both end sides are inclined and attached to the attaching hole, and the peripheral edge part of the insertion hole clamps and fixes the outer periphery of the capacitor vertically.
