A heat recovery layer (12) is formed outside of a reformer (10), an exhaust gas discharge passage (22) is formed inside of the reformer (10) by a heat exchanging partition (21), and a triple pipe heat exchanger (30) that is connected to the heat recovery layer (12), the bottom of the reformer (10), and the exhaust gas discharge passage (22) is installed. A CO shift converter (50) is installed in the upper space partitioned by the insulator (40) and a dual pipe heat exchanger (60) into which reactants are inputted is installed between a front reactor (51) and a rear reactor (52) of the CO shift converter (50). Therefore, waste heat of the reforming gas and the exhaust gas is maximally recovered to be utilized for operating the fuel processor, such that the efficiency of the fuel processor is improved. |
