PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminator having a function for automatically discriminating the laminated film mounted on the laminator. SOLUTION: An ID tag 61, in which the data of the laminated film 8 is stored, is mounted on the axial end of a laminated film feeder 3 and the data of the laminated film 8 is transmitted to a control means 63 through a signal transmitting-receiving means 62 which wireless communicates with the ID tag 61. The control means 63 is provided with a microcomputer 64 (having a function for storing the data of a laminating target object 7).
