PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor signal processing apparatus outputting an output signal, capable of successfully transmitting information indicating a rotation speed of a rotor and information indicating that the rotor is rotating, regardless of the rotation speed of the rotor. SOLUTION: The sensor signal processing apparatus includes a receiving section 1, which receives an AC detection signal S to be output, according to rotation of the rotor; a cyclic signal generating section 2 which generates a cyclic signal having a cycle, corresponding to a cycle of the detection signal S from a threshold value to be set according to a wave height of the detection signal S; a change detection signal generating section 3, which generates a change detection signal each time the detection signal S changes beyond a predetermined variation set smaller than the wave height of the detection signal S; and an output section 4 which combines the cyclic signal and the change detection signal with different pulse waveforms, respectively, to output as an output signal F.
