The device has a locking element (15) in locking engagement in two different rotating positions with an eccentric bush. The locking element is displaced in an axial direction of a bearing lug (4) by an actuating element i.e. slider (9). The actuating element acts on the locking element by a spring-loaded pressing element i.e. ball, which is moved transverse to a sliding direction of the locking element. The ball is pressed by a helical compression spring of the locking element. The locking element comprises surfaces, which are inclined with respect to the sliding direction.
