<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a characteristic adjustment method of a physical quantity sensor which accurately adjusts the physical quantity sensor, in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: The physical quantity sensor 7 includes: a sensor element 8; an amplification circuit 9 for amplifying an output from the sensor element 8 at a fixed gain, and obtaining a final output; and an adjustment means 10 for adjusting the gain of the amplification circuit 9, and implements a first process for measuring the output from the sensor element 8, in addition to physical quantities from the outside; and after the gain is determined based on this output, the adjustment means 10 is adjusted so as to obtain the final output, while an electrical signal is input to the amplification circuit 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
