<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle device for a canopy type equipment box for easily performing work of fixing a bearing seat to a front face sidewall of a canopy from the front side. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Projecting parts for joining are vertically formed at both right and left side faces of a main plate part of a mounting base plate, and horizontal blade parts are formed at the lower end of the main plate part. A wide groove part is vertically formed at a base part of a bearing seat, and receiving grooves for joining are vertically formed at right and left internal wall surfaces of the wide groove part. Vertical screw holes are formed in both right and left side lower end faces of the base part, and a horizontal axial hole is laterally formed at the upper part of the base part. The main plate part is allowed to abut on the front face sidewall of the canopy, and the mounting base plate is fixed to the canopy by a screw screwed into a horizontal screw hole on the canopy side from the mounting hole of the main plate part. The wide groove part is fitted to the main plate part, and the projecting parts for joining are fitted to the receiving grooves for joining. The bearing seat is fixed to the mounting base plate by screws screwed into the vertical screw holes of the base part from screw insertion holes of the horizontal blade parts.
