PURPOSE: A lamp unit for crime prevention is provided to prevent a safety accident due to falling of a light unit by fixing a fastening member on a light unit through a clamp type fixing piece. CONSTITUTION: A release apparatus turns an arm(40). A light unit is combined with the arm. A cylindrical body(12) is fixed between an inner barrel(36) and the arm. One side lift arm(45) is connected to a plurality of links. A lift rod(48) of a lift arm moves up and down along a concave groove(47) of the cylindrical body. A combining member is placed with a nipper type latch to the light unit. A timer is installed in a rotary shaft of the release apparatus.
