METHOD FOR THE PREPARATION OF DERMAL PAPILLA TISSUE EMPLOYING MESENCHYMAL STEM CELLS

PURPOSE: A method for preparing dermal papilla tissue is provided to produce the dermal papilla in vitro and treat baldness. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing dermal papilla comprises: a step of culturing mesenchymal stem cells in a medium containing 600-1,900 mg/L of amino acid and 12-36 mg/L of vitamin; a step of transferring the cells a serum free medium and adding growth factor; a step of treating trypsin or collagenase to the culture to adhere cell mass; and a step of collecting dermal papilla tissue and culturing the dermal papilla tissue.
