An electronic apparatus having a structure capable of grounding a shield for a slot unit reliably without using a screwing method. The electronic apparatus of present invention has an electronic circuit, a radiation unit for removing heat from the electronic circuit, and a slot unit for connecting an external apparatus thereto. The slot unit (301) is provided with a shield member (801) for screening an electromagnetic wave, which has contacting portions (811 - 814) to contact with the radiation unit so as to obtain grounding potential.
