PURPOSE: A system for section design and rough estimate of curtain wall is provided to quickly and accurately design a building planned in curtain wall. CONSTITUTION: The component database of a server stores the cross section attribute information, the cross section performance information, and the cross section detail drawing information. The wind load calculating module computes the wind load actuating the wall of the arbitrary height. A design module extracts the component matching the cross section performance calculated by the optimum section calculating module. The design module is selected the design component by the user to design the curtain wall. The rough estimate module performs an estimate about the designed curtain wall. |
