A method for obtaining of p-PbSbTe<Te> nonstoichiometric thermoelectrical material comprises the loading of starting substance of lead (Pb), antimony (Sb), tellurium (Te), which in the weight ratio correspond to PbSbTein quartz deaerated ampoule, which is placed into the furnace, at that temperature of furnace exceeds the smelting temperature of starting components, soaking of ampoule at this temperature, homogenized annealing and cooling on air to room temperature are carried out, then obtained ingots is crushed and pressure is carried out. Ultra stoichiometric tellurium (Te) to 3 at. % of high class of purification (99,999 %) is additional by used as starting components. |
