A method for dilating the pupil and protecting the iris in eye microsurgery using "Masoud Ring Iris" device provides for pupil dilation, vitrectomy and lensectomy. Prior to surgery, "Masoud Ring Iris" device is inserted into the pupil. The device is fixed by the sphincter of the pupil dilating the pupil maximally. |
