<p>Disclosed is a member for conveying a high-temperature material, which has excellent build-up resistance, oxidation resistance and heat-crack resistance. The member for conveying a high-temperature material comprises a base material and a coating film formed on the surface of the base material. In the member, the coating film is a composite coating film produced by a plasma transferred arc welding process using a mixed powder composed of a Co-based alloy powder and a Cr carbide powder, wherein the Co-based alloy powder comprises the following components (by mass%): C: 0.03 to 0.6%, Si: 0.2 to 3%, and Cr: 20 to 35%. The member for conveying a high-temperature material exhibits excellent build-up resistance particularly in a gas atmosphere of 1100°C or higher.</p> |
