<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board capable of preventing a laser from being incident to a chip during trimming using the laser. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A circuit board that performs function adjustment through laser trimming includes: a substrate 10 with wiring 30 provided on the front side thereof; a chip 40 mounted on the substrate 10, while being electrically connected with the wiring 30; a first light shielding film 20, disposed directly underneath the chip 40 on the substrate 10 and the wiring 30 and having light-shielding propertird with respect to laser light to be used for laser trimming; and a second light-shielding film 22 disposed around the chip 40 on the substrate 10 and the wiring 30 and having a light-shielding properties, with respect to laser light to be used for laser trimming.
